Very well made shirt with nice details. Very soft and comfortable—feels like a very lightweight flannel.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. New fave!

The fit is labeled "Regular." I'd say its slightly on the fitted side, not baggy and "Relaxed." The buttons are beautiful with metallic silver appearance that looks almost bronze in less light. I have the "Aquamarine" and its a beautiful shirt--true to the photo here on STP. The darkest color is somewhere on the purple side of Navy. Sleeves are on the long side (yay!) and not baggy.

This shirt works both tucked and untucked! Its a total keeper.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice shirt, but not what I expected.

This shirt definitely looks nice and appears well-made. Love the sleeve-button area! But I will take task with this being called a "lightweight" shirt. It's fairly thick, more "flannel" than summer weight shirt. And that's more of what I was hoping for when I bought this. But I like this shirt enough that it's a keeper!

The shirt looks great and fits well. The fabric is light and soft and feels really good on the skin. I can tell this is going to be one of my favorite shirts.

I love the style and fit of R.R. shirts and when I saw this new release color offered by S.T.P. I just had to have it.

About Royal Robbins

By the late-1960s, veteran Yosemite rock climber Royal Robbins and his wife Liz had grown tired of wearing cutoff jeans on the crag. At the time, apparel designed specifically for outdoor adventure was virtually non-existent. After years of wishing for something better, the couple finally decided to create their own, starting with a pair of climbing shorts called the “Billy Goat.” This was the beginning of Royal Robbins’ clothing revolution. Today, nearly 50 years later, Royal Robbins outdoor clothing is as rugged and reliable as ever. When you buy a Royal Robbins sweater or shirt, or a Royal Robbins pair of pants or shorts, you can bet it will fit great, whether you’re climbing in the Sierra Nevadas, camping in the backcountry or relaxing in your own backyard.
