5.0 out of 5 stars. Good base layer!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Lesa from Tucson, AZ on Wednesday, December 31, 2014Bought this item for my teen-- who wears adult sizes (she is almost 6 ft. tall), but the youth XL fit her fine in length, with a little extra room at the waist.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Not mid weightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chitown Gal from Chicago on Thursday, December 11, 2014But that's not necessarily a bad thing! I got my 6 year old and XS, and they are maybe a bit long. He LOVES them, especially the bright blue (kids--what can ya do) and wears them every day under jeans. Nice stretch and lovely soft inside make them snuggly warm, yet thin enough to slip under school clothes.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Sizing is way offReviewed by thatgirlfromcolorado from Breckenridge on Friday, November 14, 2014I ordered these in a L (14-16 according to Terramar's sizing) for my 12 year old. These bottoms landed about 2 inches above his ankles. He's on the tall side for his age, but nothing out of the ordinary. Returned for an XL. Aside from sizing, they seem great - soft and sturdy.
