3.0 out of 5 stars. Chamois not padded correctly, otherwise comfy!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Seattle on Monday, July 28, 2014I really wanted to love these bibs. They look nice, and they seem like they are made with technical specifications. They are smooth and sleek, and fit well everywhere... except where it counts. The chamois has varying thicknesses, however they weren't thick in the right spots! Example: The most of the maximum impact padding is way back in the rear of the saddle, with a very small strip under where a woman's pubic bone would rest on the saddle. I don't know any competitive cyclist who sits way back on her bum (where most of the thick padding is)! The first day I wore these shorts, I was feeling pressure only after a 20 mile ride. I at first attributed it to soreness from a long ride over the weekend, but several days later I had similar pressure only after a short ride.
I was sad to give up on these shorts, but the most important part of a cycling short is the chamois, not the "compression". -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Leg bads are tightVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Albany, NY on Wednesday, May 28, 2014The leg bands seem disproportionately tight. If you have super skinny, fat-free legs, these might be great shorts for you. They gave me sausage legs, which seemed strange given the compression in the legs.
