3.0 out of 5 stars. Not the rug in the pictureVerified Buyer Reviewed by Aging Arhlete from Northeast on Monday, March 13, 2017The rug I received is a beautiful rug, but does not look anything like the rug in the photo on the website. The rug I received has bright Reds and quite a bit of cream color. Ask Sierra Trading Post to update the photo of the actual rug before you buy!

1.0 out of 5 stars. Ultimately, Bad Experience.Reviewed by Kiki Z from Syracuse, NY on Saturday, February 13, 2016Don't order this rug. I have no idea if it's good quality or beautiful or an exceptional deal. I did order it, but received a different color, different sized rug. The company did make arrangements to have it picked up free of charge, and did tell me the correct rug would be shipped and verified prior to shipment. Today, I was told I've got to take my chances with the exchange because STP does not verify I will be getting the correct item due to its size. "Too big to check it."? If you have nothing better to do with your time than unwrap, re-wrap, and ship rugs back and forth across the continental USA, go ahead an and order it. Truly unbelievable. I am a long time customer, over 20+, and this takes the cake. To be fair, the majority of STP customer service reps were helpful. The last one I spoke with, not so much.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Wonderful customer serviceReviewed by Anonymous from Indianapolis on Tuesday, November 25, 2014I tried to buy this "serapi" rug with its "feast of antique colorations grounded in warm rust tones." The problem is the rug does not exist. What was sent was a bokhara style rug crisply embellished with multiple black and ivory medallions on a RED background. When I sent a photo to customer service, to their credit they attempted to solve the problem and find the rug as described. They couldn't. They did issue a call tag for the rug that was sent and issued a full refund. I was very disappointed, however, and am somewhat mystified to still find the rug and its description on the web site. To my friends in customer service: If you found the rug send it to me!
