4.0 out of 5 stars. Fashionable, Warm BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Cleveland, OH on Tuesday, February 23, 2016I had never owned a pair of insulated boots nor had heard of Kamik prior to purchasing these. In reading many reviews, it seems that many people feel that Kamik provides a quality product for a much lower cost than Sorel and some of the other more popular companies. I purchased these boots right after purchasing a pair of Kamik Nationwide boots. They were much stiffer and not as comfortable as the Nationwides. However, after maybe two to three days of wearing them, they broke in nicely.
I kept these boots over the Nationwides because of the much cheaper price (I got them on clearance at an extreme discount) and the more fashionable look. If I were making my decision based on functionality and comfort alone, I would have kept the Nationwides (although I did not get the chance to test the Nationwides outdoors).
I live in Cleveland, OH, which has cold, snowy winters, and these boots have kept my feet sufficiently warm. I also wore these boots on a trip to Colorado in the mountains in mid-February and my feet were warm there as well. I have only worn one pair of wool socks with the boots, although the coldest temperature I have worn them in was about 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
It is impossible for me to make the boots fit snugly around the ankle with only one pair of socks. Also, the soles seems to be made of a cheap rubber or plastic as the heels began wearing away and tearing after I dug them into the ground while sledding after only about five trips down the hill.
Pros: warm, fashionable, comfortable
Cons: loose fit, stiff before broken in, cheap rubber/plastic soles -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Great boot for boysVerified Buyer Reviewed by BusyMom from Colorado on Monday, December 14, 2015My pre-teen son needed a snow boot and this one is perfect. Fit is typical fit, and he says that his feet stayed warm for a full day of sledding.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect fit. Great for cold, wet days.Verified Buyer Reviewed by The Average American Apparel Shopper from USA on Sunday, November 1, 2015This boot provides me with the mobility I require when going from location to location (a lot of walking). Not too clunky. Seems really warm.
STP's price was out of the park over others. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Great boot, runs a bit bigVerified Buyer Reviewed by Thor from Rochester, NY on Wednesday, March 18, 2015This boot is very warm and feels well made. It tackes the snow with no problems. It runs a bit large, even if you plan on wearing thick socks. Its just large enough that I notice the looseness, but not too large that I want to go through the hassle of returning them. I don't plan on going in any long hikes on these, just basic day to day navigation through the winter snow, so I don't need the perfect fit.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Waterproof and WarmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rob from Great Neck on Monday, March 9, 2015Pac Boot is exactly as described. Order 1/2 size up in between sizes for sure. The additional insulated insert is a little bit of a challenge to get in as it appears slightly larger than the sole footprint but it does work and once you put your foot in and walk around bit, it works just fine. Great deal at STP sales price

4.0 out of 5 stars. Happy FeetReviewed by Anonymous from New Jersey on Friday, March 6, 2015I bought these boots, because I could not keep my feet warm on my 7 miles bicycle commute when the temperature dropped below 20 degrees or so. Today, I put the boots to the test on a sub-10 degree ride, and I couldn't be much happier. I wore sock liners, merino wool socks and these boots, and my toes only got a little cold, not the painful thawing out process that I usually have to endure.
My only complaint is the fit. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 and I tried these boots in the 10 and 11. The 10 fit better through the upper, but were tight around my feet, while the 11 fit better around my feet, while the upper was a little loose. I opted for the 11 as it's more important to give my feet a little room to more around. I recommend sizing up like the description says.
Overall, a great boot that I would recommend! -
