5.0 out of 5 stars. Great BootVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from upstate New York on Wednesday, March 25, 2015The fit was true to form as described; these are very-good quality for the price point. here in the northeast, you need warm dependable boots for protection from the elements especially given the harsh winter we have endured with bitter cold temps and tons and tons of snow. I am truly pleased with these boots.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Warm, convenient and waterproof!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Massachusetts on Wednesday, February 11, 2015These are great for working in snow or tromping through mud. So far, they're waterproof and incredibly warm, and go on and off very easily. The only downside is that the ankle velcro strap seems a little long for me - I"m usually tightening it to the very end, even with thick wool socks on underneath. I wear a 10/10.5 and ordered a 10, and it fits perfectly (even with some room) on my normally wide and cranky feet.

5.0 out of 5 stars. What I WantedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ski the East from Vermont on Monday, December 15, 2014Was looking for easy to pull on, warm, tall boots to tackle shoveling, playing with dogs in the yard and other winter activities. These fit the bill. Bottom part is waterproof, great traction from thick soles, cinch cord at the top for snow drifts. Lining is warm felt, replaceable and can pull out to dry if necessary. Very easy on/off, durable boots, solid (not lightweight). Have had Kamik boots before that lasted for years, expect the same from these.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Kamik Nemaska: I don't know what a "Nemaska" is, but these are awesome boots!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Colorado on Tuesday, December 9, 2014I used them for the first time on a snowy morning walk with my dog. My feet were toasty and dry— and the boots looked great with flannel pajama pants. I don't know what else people want from a winter boot, but these fit the bill for me.

5.0 out of 5 stars. NiceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Shannon from Michigan on Friday, December 5, 2014Nice sturdy snow boots for my 10 year old with a man's sized foot. They seem warm and I bought a little big so he can wear them for a couple years.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect Winter BootVerified Buyer Reviewed by TS from Cascades on Thursday, December 4, 2014I bought each of my teenage boys a pair for winter. They are a simple design with only a top lace which is key since most laced boots tend to come undone in the snow. The ankle strap seems to be positioned perfectly to hold the heel in place. Construction is solid.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Lighter than I expectedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Frozen in Minnesota on Thursday, December 4, 2014I bought same boots a week earlier for my 5 year old son at Fleet Farm and paid almost twice as much. Sigh. You'd think I'd know to check here first. My son loved his, so I knew I needed to replace my old boots (yes, MOON BOOTS!) that I've had for at least 20 years. Living in Minnesota, boots are a very important life consideration. On my son's enthusiastic wearing of his all day every day for a week, and on the reputation of Kamik making good boots, I took the plunge having never tried them on previously. Arrived exactly as advertised. My first go with the boots taught me a couple of things. First, the neck of the boot is narrower than I had anticipated making getting it on my foot more challenging than I had hoped for. So for me as a big guy, this means I can't put them on standing up, I have to sit to do it or I'll tip over fighting it onto my foot! Not a huge deal, but I'm used to just stepping into my boots, so this will require a change for me. The advantage to this narrower upper opening is that they are less bulky, they are warmer (less space/air to heat), and they'll keep snow out better. My first run with them was 2 straight hours of snowblowing in 5F weather. Boot kept my feet perfectly warm. Not even a cold toe for a moment. With the boots being lighter weight than I expected, they are quite reasonable for walking in behind the snow blower. Grip was good, I experienced no noticeable slipping. And no snow got down in the boots even with my spray from the blower swirling around me in the wind. I think the only improvement that could be made would be if they had a zipper for the top 4-5 inches to splay open the boot to make getting it on easier. Outside of that, I think I've found my perfect winter work boot for many years to come.
