2.0 out of 5 stars. Runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kimi from Chattanooga on Friday, May 20, 2016These pants run at least one to two sizes too big. I recommend sizing up! I had to return unfortunately. It's too bad because I loved the look and feel of them.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Runs Very SmallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from South Carolina on Wednesday, December 2, 2015I usually wear a medium or an 8. I ordered up in these pants (10) and i could barely get them on. They may be nice pants but i could not tell because the sizing was so off

3.0 out of 5 stars. Small and fitted!Reviewed by Anonymous from Virginia on Friday, November 6, 2015Nice color and material but they run way small. I have a pair of LL Bean hiking pants in 14L and they fit fine. I ordered a different brand in 12L in this order that also fit fine. So I was really surprised when these were so snug I couldn't even close pull them all the way up and close them. They're also fitted through the leg, so with my curvy figure and muscular calves, they weren't going to work.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Is it possible to look hot in hiking pants?Verified Buyer Reviewed by Outdoorsymom from Illinois on Monday, November 2, 2015My husband thinks so!! I am a curvy 4, so I followed the reviews of others and ordered a 6. It was the right call! These are cut slim at the rear and have a small waist-so no back gap on me. The legs are slim and the bottoms don't bell out like so many unflattering hiking pants. The 6Regular is the right length for me-it hit the top of my foot in hiking boots (I;m 5'4"). I just did a 6 mile hike with a 40 pound bakcpack and had no problem with the pants under a hipbelt. The thigh pocket was perfect for my keys and small phone. I liked these so much I ordered the other color to replace my other hiking pants. And, they are nice enough that I can wear them around suburbia without looking like a camo ad.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Soft but seem durableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from KY on Wednesday, October 14, 2015I will say I've only worn these once to go caving, but they held up well during several hours of scooting along the dirt and rocks on my butt and/or knees. Before they got dirty they looked decent enough to run errands in too. I usually wear a size 2 or 4 depending on the brand and had to go up to an 8 for this one. VERY small waist, it seems, but it's a comfortable straight fit through the leg. Overall I'm pretty happy with them!

3.0 out of 5 stars. Too Low Waisted for My PreferenceVerified Buyer Reviewed by faithnofear from Bozeman, MT on Wednesday, October 14, 2015Theses seemed like the perfect hiking pant based on the material and pockets. The fit was great, but I know for me when I'm hiking I prefer a mid to high waist and theses were very low. Ended up returning.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Versatile pantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dakota Kid from SD on Monday, September 28, 2015Really glad I found these, I bought my first pr while on vacation last yr at a Columbia outlet, so was glad to find them at Sierra, the price was double at Sierra but really liked them so bought a couple more prs. I bought a Size larger also, usually wear a 6 but bought a 8, they look neat enough to wear anywhere, and are hardy enough for a hike. I would say they are best suited for women with smaller hips like myself, as they fit perfectly! I washed in warm water and dried them and they seemed to shrink, but wore them and they went back to original size again, was relieved as I accidentally dried them!

1.0 out of 5 stars. Pant size are 4 sizes smallerVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kathie from Colorado Springs on Friday, May 22, 2015I ordered a 4, then a 6, then an 8 and they were still to small.
All the other size 4 I have fit perfect except these. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Very low rise..Reviewed by Anonymous from Cincinnati on Monday, May 11, 2015I should have paid attention to the other reviews. I ordered up a size and they were too big and then reordered my regular size and they fit everywhere except the rise which was VERY low and tight - translation: uncomfortable to sit in. There is also no stretch at all in these pants. Otherwise they might have worked.
