Solid product, but maybe not for two skisVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dan from NH on Monday, March 23, 2015An earlier review suggested that this bag might be ok for 2 pair of cross country skis. I did manage to get them in, but just barely. I have a pair of 184cm skis that fit, but they'd be happier by themselves than sharing the space with my wife's shorter skis. Otherwise, seems to be well made and study. Certainly an improvement on what it is replacing.

The bag itself is nice too...as the other reviewer mention, the fabric is high quality as are the zippers. There no pockets on or in the bag nor are the any compression straps, which is why I have it 4 out 5 stars. The only padded portion of the bag is in the middle and there is a velcro divider in the middle that can be used to keep the poles away from the boards. The rest of the bag is just a bag without padding. I have a pair of wide 188s and they fit well with the bag fully extended. As mentioned, nice bag but would be better with external straps to things from shifting.

The material is a very nice quality "grey flannel" fabric with a reinforced bottom and end panel. It is fully padded in the binding section and then has an internal padded sleeve to wrap around bindings for more protection. The padded shoulder strap is a nice feature when walking with the bag, and the padded tote handles make it easy to grab out of the car or at the airport. If someone nordic skis, this bag can take 2 pair of skis and poles. For alpine skiing, it easily takes a pair of skis, your poles and even some gear to stuff around.
