It is soft, light, good UPF protection and hi-vis, but NOT up to par on cooling. There are much better products out there to help handle our triple digit Texas heat. It isn't really worth it to return them, but I do not recommend for cooling and would say that they are not even worth Sierra's price, let alone the retail price.
