2.0 out of 5 stars. Cute not warmReviewed by Comfort is important from Maine on Saturday, November 7, 2015My toes were freezing after twenty minutes and wet if I walked through the smallest amount of slush. They also scuff on the tops super easy and then look horrible. Kept for couple months. Waste of money for me.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Didn't last one winterReviewed by Anonymous from Buffalo, NY on Wednesday, March 11, 2015These boots didn't even last me one winter before the toe area cracked allowing water in, and where the seam of the sole meets the boot is already separated in the back heel area of one. These boots should be priced at $20 for the amount of use I got out of them. What a waste. I really loved them and bought them to match my new winter coat, and now I'll have to throw them out after only 3 months use. Not worth the purchase, don't bother.

2.0 out of 5 stars. I really wanted to love these - I did, until the sprung a leakReviewed by Anonymous from Buffalo, NY on Wednesday, February 11, 2015I bought these to match my new winter coat and I loved them until now. It's not even been two months of having them and I stepped in a deep puddle and got home to find my sock was wet!! I was hoping it was just the cold sensation, but no. The plastic part on the front toe cracks as part of the break-in process, but apparently the water rolls right in and it's not just a surface crack. Sucks. Because I paid a lot of money for these shoes when I never pay that much money for shoes, but I live in Buffalo and I needed to make a worthy investment in a new winter coat and boots. They fit well, they look good. They say rated to -20 but my toes get cold pretty quick, but the rest of the boot is warm. Basically, I'm very upset I wasted $100. Just proves that paying more money doesn't mean you're getting a better quality product. The boots I had from PayLess lasted YEARS with no problems. I hope Sierra Trading Post reads this and considers replacing them for me. I really don't want any other boot, I saw these and loved them - so I wish I could believe that mine was just a defect and I could replace them and be happy, but I highly doubt it. BAH! Such a bummer.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Not warmReviewed by Heather from Colorado on Tuesday, February 3, 2015These boots are rated to -20 F, but I was walking around in 30 F and my toes went numb within 10 minutes even though I had thick wool socks on with them. The upper part of the boot is toasty, but I don't have a problem with my calves getting cold, just my toes, and there is barely any insulation in the toe box. I also could not figure out how to wear them with snow pants. My pants didn't fit when I tried to tuck them inside the boot, and they wouldn't stretch over the boot, so they just kind of crumpled on top.
The fit was perfect though. I wear 7.5-8 and my feet are somewhat wide (too wide for Pajar boots) and I fit into the 7.5 perfect, my heel stayed in place in the boot when I walked and there was enough room for thick socks. -

5.0 out of 5 stars. Khombu Quechee Boots BelieverVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Colorado on Thursday, January 22, 2015I had found these boots at a store and bought them a size to small so was happy to find the same boots in the right size at Sierra Trading Post. I love these boots, they are comfortable, warm, and stylish. I've worn them several times and am pleased.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Khombu Boots have lots of insulation & comfortVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Massachusetts on Friday, December 19, 2014I already had a pair of the short khombu boots which were very comfortable and warm. I wanted something a little dressier and taller for tall snow banks. These have lots of insulation and fit my feet great. There is extra room for a thicker pair of socks if I want. My feet never get cold in these. I've used other brands and my toes get numb but not with the Khombu
