5.0 out of 5 stars. Happy with exchangeReviewed by Njhiker from NJ on Monday, February 23, 2015I had to return the first pair as the zipper on one boot would not go up. It got stuck at the instep. Sierra chat representatives are wonderful at explaining the procedure, and STP great with their shipping policy on returns and defective merchandise.
The exchange boots are comfortable, warm and appear well made. I had no problem with this zipper. I wear an 8 1/2 and went to the 9 as suggested. Since I wear heavier socks with winter boots, the fit is good. Since Khombu touts they are made for the US Olympic Team, it would have been great to see them also made in the USA. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. DMVerified Buyer Reviewed by DM from NYC on Monday, February 23, 2015Great boot, comfortable and warm. Zipper often gets caught with inside material. If not careful, zipper can snap.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great fit, sticky zipperReviewed by Anonymous from MI for now on Monday, February 16, 2015These are cute and fit very true to size. One of the zippers was sticky. I also chose to return them because the heel is somewhat high, which is as-described, but just uncomfortable for someone unaccustomed to walking in heels. This made them too dressy for my purpose of walking/playing.

3.0 out of 5 stars. dress bootVerified Buyer Reviewed by dice from iowa on Tuesday, February 3, 2015This is a very nice boot, but it isn't what I wanted. I have decided to keep them because I do have call for a dressier boot from time to time. There are also issues with the zippers.

4.0 out of 5 stars. True to size, nice stylng!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Susan from Livermore on Monday, January 5, 2015I would have given a five star rating but the zipper is a little hard to zip up and down, maybe this will improve with use. The boots are very comfortable and actually look cute on, not big and bulky like most snow boots. The inside footbed is slightly hard and could use more padding or maybe just an insert. They are a very good value and keep my feet nice and warm

2.0 out of 5 stars. Not warmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Bend OR on Friday, January 2, 2015There is no insulation in the toe area. That is where it is needed the most. Don't waste your money on these.
