They came in 2 different boxes marked "Fragile". One of the boxes were apparently drop kicked by either the packer or the carrier because nearly every single glass in the box was shattered to bits. I immediately notified STP and asked for replacements. It's been WEEKS and NOTHING. So this review is more about this company than about the glasses. The ones that weren't shattered are actually very nice.
