  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great boots

These were comfortable right out of the box, and the quality of materials and workmanship are excellent. I wasn't crazy about the leather laces, but they were easy to switch out. There are a sturdy boot, but I wouldn't wear them backpacking. They're more of a casual boot for the cool seasons.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Great Quality & Good Looking Run 1/2 Size Big IMHO
Reviewed by Anonymous from Utah on Tuesday, December 23, 2014
I purchased this in Black and Whiskey two toned. I just tried the black ones on and I am definitely a 12, sometimes a 13 depending. These for sure run a 1/2 size big because I was wearing thick socks and there is still a good inch from my big toe to the end. However I am not returning them because I feel a 11.5 will be too small and better to have too much room than not enough. Also I don't want to go through the hassle of exchanging them when I am not sure a 11.5 will work anyway. But they are great looking and quality construction. I do wish they were made in the USA like Frye's Harness boot (instead of Mexico) but one must pick one's battles. 4 Stars due to size running a little large and being made in Mexico.
