5.0 out of 5 stars. Fantastic Active Tights

Purchased and already worn half a dozen times for running. I would highly recommend these tights for cooler weather, they have excellent sweat wicking and a perfectly handy tiny pocket on the backside for keys. I would recommend sizing up if you are between sizes as the waistband has little give. I have noticed that it has relaxed somewhat from repeated wearing. (I am 5'9'', 35'' waist and a small fits just perfectly).

Is it for children? Waist is too small.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Tight waist yet comfortable

The thin material of these pants is very stretchy and comfortable. The waist does not expand much for those with more cushion in the rear but fits nicely on the waist once on. I suggest ordering one size up if you have a more curvy figure.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Runs small

I have other Marmot tights that are sized completely different. I even have the full length of these in small and they fit just fine but the small of the 3/4 length were way smaller. If you have hips size up.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Good for hiking
Verified Buyer Reviewed by mtoutdoorgirl from Alaska on Sunday, July 5, 2015
I purchased these for hiking. They are comfortable and are holding up nicely. At 5' 3' and a curvy figure, the mediums fit well enough. They come up higher than I would like, but I think that's because I'm short.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
