5.0 out of 5 stars. An old fashioned oxford

This is an every day kick-around-in Tom Boy kind of shoe. Nice quality leather is forming to my feet after wearing a couple days. These ran large and I exchanged for a half size smaller which are perfect. The toe box is a little narrow so those with wide feet should be aware. I hope to replace/upgrade the shoelaces but overall am very happy with the shoes. Considering a 2nd pair!

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Love this shoes!

I have Timberland boots of the same style, so I knew the shoes will fit. True to size. My right foot has a small bunion, so I always have to stretch my right shoe. This one was on a stretcher for over one night, and I had them on the whole next day. My job is on my feet. The shoes comfortable from the moment on, were becoming more comfortable as the day was going on. Wonderful shoes!
I am very lucky to find them here, on STP, my favorite shoes destination! You guys are truly the best!

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Serviceable and sturdy

My only slight concern with my ability to wear these shoes and walk a lot is that they seem a little narrow in the toe. This is not a common issue with me, so I was a little surprised. A larger size would not fit.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Stylin' and Comfortable

I've had these shoes for about two months now and truly love them. I had wanted something between a Mary Jane slipper and boots for Spring and these fit the bill. I ordered the lighter color and found them darker than in the photo, which was fine as I was torn about which color to order. They are comfortable for walking to and from work (1 mile), and feel stylish is a boy-chic sort of way.

About Timberland

The Timberland footwear brand was officially launched in 1973, more than two decades after founder Nathan Swartz bought an interest in an established shoe company. Eight years earlier, the Swartz family had introduced injection-molding technology to the footwear industry. Today, this revolutionary manufacturing process is still being used to fuse the soles and uppers of Timberland boots without stitching, a process that allows for truly waterproof boots. Over the years, Timberland shoes and boots have continued to advance, incorporating modern features like Active Comfort Technology to provide a balance of cushioning, support and climate control. In 2008, Timberland also became the first footwear company to commercialize the use of rubber from recycled tires.
