The nylon/polyester blend is lightweight without being too flimsy, and dries quickly. It does have a slight rubbery feel to it, but it's hardly noticeable while wearing the shirt. Royal Robbins shirts tend to run a little small, but this one fit just fine, at least for me. It's the perfect shirt for a long, hot California summer.

This shirt is very lightweight. It looks great but is much darker than the photo. It actually has has subtle shading of the main color but should have been described as a dark mango color. Also, I could have worn a large instead of a xl.
