In the winter months I find these boots perfect for transitioning from a snowy climate and going to another without snow. They are stylish when I get to my destination and are great to have something over the ankle when I return and have to brush the snow off my car at the airport parking shuttle!

Just the boots is rather light and thin, not at all suitable for Minnesota weather...it has to go back. The pair I received has a little decolored patches at one side too...

Will do for a casual wear, but won't serve any purpose in Minnesota's weather. The sole is flexible and soft, too. The size is actually a bit smallish... So I have to send them back.
