Based on other reviews, I ordered a small and a medium even though in Gramicci I usually wear extra small or small. The medium was way too large in the body, with snug arms- it didn't look casual, just sloppy and strange. The arms in the small were too tight, and there's zero stretch to the material; besides not being very comfortable, I'd be concerned I'd rip the shirt if I moved my arms much. I returned both shirts.

The Large fits great, not too loose nor too tight.

I'm 5'3 around 135 lb. and usually Gramicci fit me in size small and med perfectly. This one I ordered in size Med and the fit is too tight. Will exchange it for Large.
