However, there are large lumps of fabric at each hip. I do have hips, but these were Bunchy and excessive, and the small waist made it difficult to move the skirt around so the bumps were less noticeable. I wish it had worked out but I think I'm returning this item

My only issue with it is has extra material in the hips. I am usually wear a 6/8 depending on the cut. I ordered a medium and it fits everywhere but makes me look like a little hippy. I am going to just take in the sides.
