They were not too tight in the hips or thighs for me, but compared to the giant waist, they definitely weren't cut very generously. The waist was very loose, even if you wear your pants lower on your hips. There is a drawstring that you could use to tighten them that might've worked if it was on the outside, but it's on the inside and if you pulled it tight ito made the waist bunch. Anyway, these are going back.

These are way too small to even button and they are tight around the thighs. This cannot be flattering to anyone who has anything other than stick legs. Sending back asap!

However, I could hardly get these up over my kneecaps. The cut on these is very straight and has little curve through the hip and rear. They also seemed to be undersized. They were at least one size smaller than marked.
