It looks and cuts great and is super easy to clean. It cleans up so easily with a sponge that there's no need to put it in the dishwasher. Love the clean, modern design and that it is made of nonporous natural materials. It cuts evenly across the pizza with a gentle rocking motion, resulting in even slices with clean edges, much superior to the small, circular rolling cutters I've been using for years. If you happen to have arthritis in your hands, using this cutter is easy and painless.
I'll be looking for other kitchen products from Epicurean, and highly recommend this one. -

It's fun to use, but it's not really sharp enough to cut pizza with one rocking motion unless you push down really hard, I'm still using it though and it now also serves as a board to serve logs of goat's cheese.
