The jacket is lined (cotton) so will provide some protection from the cool nights we have in the summer/early fall. Fun pattern that will go with jeans, etc. I threw away all the tags, so don't know if this is dry clean only. I did a rinse in cold water to get the sizing out and hung dry. It turned out fine - no shrinkage.
