5.0 out of 5 stars. LoveReviewed by IBfan from Boston, MA on Saturday, October 10, 2015I have two of these and I love them. These shirts are a more casual, looser cut than the tech scoop neck shirt. They are my favorite of the icebreaker T shirts and I reach for them for outdoor activities (hiking, rock climbing), travel, everyday wear, base layer. I even wear one of them to sleep when I got one on sale. I am 5' tall and 114 lbs, and I usually wear an XS and sometimes a S on form fitting Icebreaker shirts. I bought these in XS and they are a perfect fit.
The collar on both of mine don't lie completely flat, but that is part of their casualness. It has a bit of a rolled neckline effect. This shirt has subtle contrasting color peeping out from the neckline, and that adds a bit of interest. When I want a more finished neckline, for example for work when I want a shirt peeping out from under a sweater/jacket, I wear my tech scoop neck T shirt.
I came late to discovering Icebreaker shirts. They are now a staple. My oldest shirt is 1.5 years old. It has held up well with machine washing and not using in the dryer, although it has accidentally gotten dried in the dryer a dozen times and still comes out fine. No shrinkage. Compared to nice quality lightweight cotton T shirts (the thin kind), these Icebreaker lightweight wool T shirts hold up better, are more wicking, cooler, and more versatile because they are also insulating when you need that.
Obviously, I'm a fan. They are worth the extra money. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Love itVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Florida on Thursday, August 27, 2015I bought a few of these tees and love the cut. I'm 5'6" and 125 lb with long torso and the small fit perfectly...not clingy, but the fabric cut is still flattering. The purple color is pretty, very true to image. FYI, the Smartwool tees are cut a little smaller. I have a Smartwool small and it's skin tight.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect for hot and humid climateReviewed by Sharpie617 from Boston on Monday, August 3, 2015I LOVE these shirts. Bought one for an upcoming trip to Central America, and promptly ordered another after receiving the first. The fabric is both soft/stretchy as well as sturdy and feels like it will hold its shape for years to come. I wore one to the gym to test for wicking and odor effectiveness and found both to be great. I do agree with other reviews that it would be better without the pocket, and actually used a seamripper to (very carefully) remove the pocket on first one, then the other shirt with great success. You can see a faint outline from where the pocket was stitched on, but only if you look very, very closely, and I'm much happier with the shirt sans pocket!!

4.0 out of 5 stars. Love the trim and pretty neckline. Comfortable shirt.Reviewed by Elle from California on Saturday, March 21, 2015I wanted a good layering piece in natural fabric for all season field work that wouldn't look nerdy and high-necked if I wore it alone. I like clothes that can move from field to casual gathering without looking like I'm in Ranger uniform. This fits the bill. Would prefer it without the useless little pocket. Sizing: I am 5'4, ~117#, 34 A or AA. I ordered both XS and S. XS fits better. I didn't love the bright pink. Keeping the S, though it's a bit boxy because the neckline keeps it feminine anyway, and there was no XS in the gray color with lavender trim. I'm hoping it might shrink a little if I wash and dry on warm.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Icebreaker Harmony T-ShirtReviewed by Anonymous from Colorado on Monday, March 2, 2015This is a fantastic tee! I own three of these. While I can agree with the contrasting color of the trim not necessarily being to everyone's taste, that trim (that another reviewer complained about) is part of what makes it such a good tee. I have a couple in the other version of this tee - exact same cut but without the trim, pocket and edge stitching that this one has, and they do not wash well. The trim helps reinforce the neck so that it lays relatively flat compared to the other version which ends up looking like a lettuce-edge finish after washing, all twisted and wrinkly looking. I love the drape of the tee, the hand of the fabric and the sheen - it looks like silk. It is not a fitted tee, but instead boxy which is nice if you are wanting some room to breathe (and stay cool).

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice shirt, great fit, too bad about the colourReviewed by Anonymous from Texas on Thursday, January 29, 2015I like this shirt a lot, but was pretty horrified to find that the trim around the neck on the charcoal shirt is a pale lilac/mauve colour. Looked white, maybe pale grey online. It'd be nicer without the trim at all.
