I'm 5'6" / 130 lbs & bought a medium in black, though I usually buy a small in this brand. It fits well. Love the sleeves & fabric. I also bought the white color. I sent that one back because it was opaque & I couldn't see wearing a fitted cami underneath. This is a lighter weight than the Endeavor T shirt. The black color is slightly 'faded' in hue.
