The fit is the usual Royal Robbins - a bit looser through the bust and a bit tighter at the hips, but I can wear this with the bottom button left open. The light blue color is lovely. It does need ironing after laundering which is why I took away one star, but the fabric is a nice tight mesh, not see through at all.

I find it to be a bit wide in the shoulders and a bit tight in the hips. I would have ordered another one but for this. Nice fabric.

It was quite tight in the chest area and loose in the shoulders so that a larger size wouldn't do for me.

I'd say 42" only need apply. Shirt is all cotton so has no stretch and may shrink. Other than that, this is a great looking shirt. I bought all 3 styles (pullover, sleeveless, short sleeves), all 3 fit the same, all 3 going sadly back - but I loved all 3 of them.
