4.0 out of 5 stars. ExcellentVerified Buyer Reviewed by Kergs from Northern Illinois on Wednesday, February 8, 2017Extremely happy with fit. I ordered a xl USA and normally that's to small and short for myself at 6'2" 220lbs. This fits and has the room for layering. Love the big shell pockets and snaps and the water tight zippers in the pits. I'm going to enjoy using this jacket and so far I've been rabbit hunting, walked several hours in 35mph west Texas winds, and now I'm in Illinois and in a week I've been out in 12deg to 55deg f with snow to rain and then back. One of the best things I've seen in a long time.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great features, great qualityVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Pittsburgh PA on Wednesday, February 1, 2017This jacket lives up to Berretta's standards. Excellent features, extremely well-made, plenty of pockets, and the best hood I've ever seen - there's an interior elasticized band which acts to keep the outer hood material off the top of your head and your face. Very clever. HIgh collar has already proven its worth in windy sleet day here in western Pennsylvania. If I can find matching pants, I would buy them without hesitation. And the price on this item was great - I've certainly paid more for raingear of far less quality.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Soft outer materialVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Adams county WI on Monday, January 2, 2017I bought this for sitting in a ground blind and ice fishing. I realize that the insulation in this coat is insignificant, but I went to a x large for layering purposes. I can generally wear large or x large but this coat is genoursly cut. Not sure how it would work in a down pour, but it should work in a light rain or snowy conditions. The large hood will go over winter hats with no issues and has plenty of pockets. I could not envision this being used for archery deer hunting, to bulky. I am 69" and weigh 160lb but have broader shoulders, so a large would fit perfect but might not leave enough room to wear a heavier jacket in lower temps.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Nice design but leaked through the shoulders.Reviewed by Postal Kitten from Central Pa. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016This is a very nice jacket but it is a shell and not a well insulated jacked. It is lightly insulated to be used as a outer shell for layering. My issue was that in the first snow that I was able to use the jacket, the jacket got wet in the shoulder areas. That would be a fail for what the purpose of this jacket was intended for. After two calls to customer service, the jacket was returned and was given back credit. A little concerned it took several phone calls to get a proper return for this item but perhaps the return dept was over worked and failed to read the return notes???

5.0 out of 5 stars. Mind the sizingReviewed by Anonymous from Washington state on Tuesday, December 6, 2016I ordered this on the off chance that a Large might work for me, though a few reviewers warned that they ran large. Well, they were right. I would call the one I received "Extra Large"
Otherwise, this looked like the coat of my dreams: soft and quiet, lots of pockets, just enough insulation, and a wonderful hood that was more like an attached rain hat. There is elastic in the hood to keep it in place on your head, and it is sloped all around so there is no way for water to get in. STP was out of smaller sizes, so I'll keep hunting elsewhere. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Outstanding Hunting CoatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Nashville on Friday, October 21, 2016After exchanging a too small coat for the right size (these are sized correctly, do not order a size smaller!), I received a superb coat to wear in this year's hunting season. The only change I would make would be to add hand warmer pockets behind the lower, front bellows pockets, but it Is not necessary as you do have hand warmer pockets higher. The camo may no longer be made by Sitka, but it is still greatly effective, and it looks great. I look forward to wearing this coat for years to come.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Highest quality hunting coatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Nashville on Friday, October 14, 2016After a career in the Army, I have seen my share of outdoor products and clothing that work and don't work a field environment. Without a doubt, this coat works. Yes, the camo pattern is older and discontinued by Sitka and there are no hand pockets behind the front, lower bellows pockets (there are hand warming pockets higher up), but these do not take away from the overall top-notch quality of this coat. I disagree with other reports of this being "large". I ordered one size down to take this into account, and had to exchange it for the size I usually wear for it to fit right. I also did not notice a "rushing noise" when wearing, but I have heard of this from other products with a windstopper liner. And one surely cannot beat the price, anywhere! Regardless, none of this takes away from this being a true 5-star coat, and one I will be happy to wear long into hunting season.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Very nice jacket.Verified Buyer Reviewed by garlichead from Missouri on Saturday, October 8, 2016I bought this for my husband. It fits well, nice fabric and camo pattern, lots of pockets, and large pockets for bird hunting. Don't yet know how waterproof, we'll find out this winter.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Not very ruggedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mow1954 from Dallas on Friday, May 20, 2016Looks nice if you plan to just sit in the rain. However if you plan to hunt in brush etc, I doubt this jacket would hold up.
