I would not expect this style of boot to be so comfortable. They are not heavy to wear, but they are substantially made. I would not expect them to tear--ever--and the lugs on the bottom give a good grip when you walk.

It had worked its way to the back of the boot before I reached the end of my driveway. Disappointed because they are cute and comfortable otherwise. If I had not thrown the box away already I would send them back.

The insert is separate and I had to realign it but it seems to be fine now. I like more arch support but most rain boots don't have it as is the case with these. I tried some Bogs on and they were a lot more expensive, felt the same as these and made my feet look huge - these look much nicer on my big feet. A good boot for a great price.
