This checked all of my boxes. It fits neatly over a fleece without adding bulk. It is definitely wind resistant. I haven't tried it on rain yet, but it's done fine in light snow. It doesn't hurt that it's a good looking jacket, either. Overall, very happy with this.

I got an XS. This jacket has an "athletic" fit but Il have room for light layering. (E.g., two 150 merino shirts). I have long thin arms, also a chest with lats and am happy there's no binding. The hood is also adjustable and there is a high chest pocket that takes a larger smartphone. Although this isn't waterproof, the polymer and DWR hold up the seams until it pours. When this happens, I put on my shell (eVent) and this combo lets me respire. I am 5'2", 115 lbs/ 52 Kg.
