4.0 out of 5 stars. As advertisedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tommyboyks from Kansas on Sunday, August 30, 2015The Hoka Bondi shoes are as advertised, cushiony and great for my plantar fasciitis. They feel a bit sluggish when running. Definitely not a race shoe

4.0 out of 5 stars. So far so goodVerified Buyer Reviewed by Dbbbb from Los Angeles on Monday, August 24, 2015These shoes are so soft and cushiony. I haven't been able to run due to a knee injury for several months but I went running yesterday for 20 minutes and still feel fine. I'm looking forward to seeing how the shoes work in the long term.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Cushy, but sloppy fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Orion72 from South Sound, WA on Tuesday, June 9, 2015I currently run 30-40 mi/wk, and bought these in hopes of alleviating some of the joint pain that goes along with decades of abuse. The shoes seem well-made, and have the cushioning I expected, but the fit is sloppy, especially in the heel (even with the thicker of the two included insoles). The resulting blister is the first I've had in years (and probably spanning a dozen different running shoe models). I'll try switching to the standard laces and use a heel lock to see if that helps - otherwise, will just have to work on building up a callus in the hot spot. I have pretty normal feet, and suspect these might be better suited to someone with wider feet. I wear a 9 in most running shoes, and took an 8.5 in these - length is correct.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Appendix 1Reviewed by Mitre Ultimax from North East Iowa Driftless area. on Wednesday, May 20, 2015The only flaw I've found to date is the alloy eyelets seem a bit sticky up against the speed lace material. Eyelets should be made of a poly resin material like Delron. Then one pull at the top & the speed laces would be cinched. Although Salomon's speed lace system is larger scaled, it cinches better than the Hoka speed lace system. But now we're splitting hairs. Great shoe and "wide" toe box regardless of what any other reviewer says.

5.0 out of 5 stars. None finer!Reviewed by Mitre Ultimax from North East Iowa Driftless area. on Tuesday, May 19, 2015A bit less tailored in the toebox area compared to the Stinson ATR for floating on pavement. For trail I recommend the Stinson ATR, for pavement the Bondi 3. You won't miss a step. Best cushioning, great breathability, amazingly controlled natural stride for neutral runners. Tread grips fine & won't wear down prematurely, ideal long life pavement training/racing distance shoe complements the Stinson ATR for off road perfectly. Get yourself a couple pairs of the Stinson ATR for trail & a couple pairs of Bondi 3 for pavement, you won't know the difference.
Compared to all other pavement shoes, these are rocket science. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Not for meReviewed by Danny from Florida on Monday, May 11, 2015Very springy and cushioned sole but the shoe was too narrow and just didn't fit my foot shape. Had to send them back. I have always worn Brooks but figured I would give these a shot. It seems like a little too much cushion for me. Feels like if you had to cut left or right you might roll your ankle. If it was wider and fit my foot shape they would be great for long walks on pavement like going to a theme park or something.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Pillows on your feet, but heavyVerified Buyer Reviewed by JC from Knoxville, TN on Thursday, April 23, 2015I'm having to ease back into running due to a terrible case of plantar fasciitis. Although I still have some pain and stiffness in my heel, it's barely noticeable while running. The cushion definitely absorbs the shock, but it comes at the cost of leg fatigue after lugging these around for motile miles. I'll attribute my jello legs more to being out of shape, but the true test is whether or not it goes away over time.
Also, there's no way in the world you'll catch me wearing these out around town. They look ridiculous unless your feet are moving! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Love HokaVerified Buyer Reviewed by Bake from Earth on Friday, March 13, 2015The cushioning in these shoes is a game changer. Much easier to recover from long runs so you can get back out there. Liked them enough that I bought a second pair for later. Not too shabby for 50% off retail.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Hoka One One Bondi 3Verified Buyer Reviewed by Dylan from Massachusetts on Thursday, February 12, 2015This shoe is fantastic! I love the support and the good feedback I get with every time I plant my foot on the ground. I'm not no ultra marathon runner but i certainly run half marathon's. I think it's worth it! Happy running!

5.0 out of 5 stars. No More Pain!!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Calif on Tuesday, February 3, 2015Use these as walking shoes on pavement, dirt, grass + gravel. I had my first pair of Hokas fitted at a running store, and as a big-footed gal (F 11) I had to size up in a Hoka. No F 12, so I buy M 10, and its great. I have a normal width foot, and wear a sock. Hope that info helps. These really diminish the end-of-the-day sciatica-related discomfort, and with Deal Flyers coupons, got them at 1/2 off==Yay!!!
