I exchanged for an XL, thinking it would be just right. No, it wasn't. I'm not an overly huge person. I'm about 5'10-- 175lbs or so-- I think my chest is about a 44-45--- So if you're about my size.. you can try the XL, but you'll feel some snug--- Like if you put your arms out in front of you, you'll feel a lot of restriction. Nice shirt though.
