Perfect weight for the cool, windy spring weather, covers her bum so she stays warmer, sleeves are nice and long and the fabric is soft and easy to move around in. My daughter is really tall for her age (3.5 yrs) and is wearing a 4T. I ordered the XS and it's perfect. Since the sleeves are nice and long we may even get another season out of it.
