I also really like the location of the zip pocket on the lower right pants leg, as well; it's a great pocket for keys and coins.

I'm 5'-10" 170lbs and the 34-32 fit great. I'm usually a 33" waist which is hard to find but the 34" on Columbia pants are just fine. Nice pockets and they hang nice.
