The waist is baggy compared to the upper chest and arm fit, which is a little odd but doesn't bother my while I wear it. The turtleneck is large, more like a cross between a mock neck and a turtle neck.

Also lightweight and non-bulky but still warm. Columbia Sportswear seems to run a little small for me, so I sized up because I wanted to be able to wear a t-shirt underneath for more wind protection, and I'm glad I did -- fit is great. The length is more like a tunic, which makes this even more snuggly. Wish that more colors were available.

It's your basic fleece turtleneck. Warm enough without being too hot. I've worn it to work and been comfortable all day (truth: my work is usually cold). It is not tight in the neck nor body which for me is a huge plus.
