Columbia Sportswear Talls are 1.2 inches longer in the sleeves and 2 inches longer in the body of a short parka and 3 inches longer the body of a long parka than regular sized garments. Tall sizing for pants is 2.25 inches longer for inseam measurements and 3 inches longer for out seam measurements than regular sized garments.

I find Columbia products to be very well made and very well thought out with pockets where they make sense etc. This fleece is no exception. Great item. Be advised, it is a light weight fleece. Perfect for layering or By itself in mild weather.

It runs a bit small and the colors are not consistent in their sizing. My husband is a big guy with a big belly and usually wears a 2XL in some things, a 3XL in others. I ordered this jacket in a 3XL in two colors, black and navy. The black jacket closed a bit snugly, but it closed. The navy jacket was uncomfortably tight around and had shorter sleeves. We kept the black and returned the blue.

I ordered a 4x, up from my usual men's size for sweatshirts, etc. based on the measurement chart and how this brand's sizes felt when I've tried women's 3x in-store. Women's 3x is always "ok" around the body, but too tight in the bust and around the arms, and of course the and are far too short....I figured men's would be the same but with long arms, so I ordered up one size. PERFECT! I've got room to move, nothing squeezes, the arms are long enough...
Now I just need the weather to change so I can wear it. ;) -
