I have never been disappointed with Columbia or Sierra. This jacket is functional and nice looking. I can walk on the beach or go out to dinner. I am 5'9'' 160 lb. and bought the large. This allows me to layer. When I wear it with a t-shirt it also fits good and does not look too big. The collar is slightly higher than my fleece which helps layering and protecting. Three good size zipper pockets. The black cords on zippers have a little blue to match the jacket, nice subtle detail.
