Tried to get info on Cloudveil (warranties) with no luck from STP. or google of Cloudveil. These are high end clothes, unbelievable there is not any contact info, except for signing up on their website. -

Great pantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Aaron from Vermont on Wednesday, March 11, 2015These are a nice slim/athletic fit, but plenty of space for a silk-weight layer and a thicker thermal layer. Stretchy but fairly waterproof, have not yet tried them in spring conditions. They've been great for winter hiking and ice climbing. I am 5'11", 170lbs and the medium fits me perfectly.

Waist fits me perfect (size 33). Length is a tad long ( I am only 5' 9) so I would say true to size. The full side zips are nice and pockets are made out of waterproof material not just mesh.
