I've bought several belts unknowingly with man made materials and will never do that again. This one is all leather and looks great!

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Good, not quite great

Sierra has some wonderful belts at great prices. This one is good but not quite equal to the best they offer, even in the "about ten bucks" category. Size is good, and it is nicely at the intersection between casual and dressy. It just doesn't feel as substantial and rugged as some of the other belts I've gotten from STP. Maybe that's because they have been more cleanly on the casual side of the spectrum
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Basic, decent jeans belt

Genuine leather with no filler, which means it's pretty good quality. Runs about an inch too small relative to most belts out there. Good for jeans. Better than just about any department store belt, which tend to cost about 45 bucks without a discount, aren't typically leather throughout and don't hold up. This one looks like it'll last for a year or so. Not suitable for dress wear.

About Timberland

The Timberland footwear brand was officially launched in 1973, more than two decades after founder Nathan Swartz bought an interest in an established shoe company. Eight years earlier, the Swartz family had introduced injection-molding technology to the footwear industry. Today, this revolutionary manufacturing process is still being used to fuse the soles and uppers of Timberland boots without stitching, a process that allows for truly waterproof boots. Over the years, Timberland shoes and boots have continued to advance, incorporating modern features like Active Comfort Technology to provide a balance of cushioning, support and climate control. In 2008, Timberland also became the first footwear company to commercialize the use of rubber from recycled tires.
