It looked more jade than teal. When I received them, I knew the photography was spot on. I also bought them for the Velcro adjustability. There is very little because the leather portion won't go through the loop. There is elastic at the metal loop. There is just enough play to make them fit. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 N. The size 7 was the right size recommendation. They are very comfy and my heel stays put.

I hate shoe shopping and I have never ordered shoes online before. A friend sent me the link for these sandals because she knew I had feet problems and she knew I was looking for a sandal for an upcoming event. I hesitated for several days, finally ordered them and I am thrilled that they fit perfect and are extremely comfortable. I think I have found my new go to shoe brand.

Orthaheel Maggie Wedge Sandals not for meVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 22, 2015The fit of this pair of sandals is strange no matter where you position your feet, and one foot started getting tinkly only after walking around the house trying it on; the straps are so hard and rough, the front one really rubs and cuts for me. This is the second pair of orthaheel I have ordered, I am going to bypass this brand from now on, since they tend to be on the wider side of the medium fit, I had to pull the straps nearly hitting the floor. Not for me.

Ordered wide width and that part fits well. Would keep if the straps were soft and pliable. Will be sending them back.
