It is water and wind resistant with a hood! Super soft fleece lining that come out perfectly after machine washing. This will be in my car permanently for cool, rainy days when I forget to take a coat with me and the weather changes.

The waist was a little large for me as expected, and the sleeves came up almost to my elbows. I wanted to like this jacket, it seems well made and comfortable. But it is simply not sized to fit people in the western hemisphere. This makes the jacket completely unusable.
