4.0 out of 5 stars. well madeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from WI on Monday, August 3, 2015This is a very well made lumbar pack. If I were making it, I would place the pocket in the front. It sits in the back.

I have to put a lot of things besides a small bottle.
But the style and comfort is good. -
2.0 out of 5 stars. Too small.Verified Buyer Reviewed by zap61 from Cincinnati on Thursday, May 28, 2015The key pocket is a key pocket, not a keys pockets. It was really too small. Seemed well constructed but I returned it.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Wonderful productVerified Buyer Reviewed by Walker from New York on Wednesday, May 13, 2015It is hard to find these sort of water battles on a hiking belt for day hikes.
I have had several I've bought over the years from several makers and this is best of them by far! -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Mountainsmith Lumbar PackVerified Buyer Reviewed by Red Rover from California on Tuesday, May 12, 2015The construction is good, the strap is plenty long enough to wear this as a crossbody as well, the plastic bottle is rigid, and the bottle holder won't accept wider bottles, but that's fine, because I'm substituting my own bottle. The pocket is large enough to fit my Canon camera. My only concern is that the clip is made of plastic. Otherwise, I am pleased with it.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent productVerified Buyer Reviewed by Nora from California on Thursday, May 7, 2015I could not believe how well made this fanny pack is. I wore it for two days straight and mostly forgot it was there. I substituted a larger, insulated water bottle and it held it snugly. Great product!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Meets my needsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Disco Stu from South Carolina on Thursday, April 16, 2015I'm starting to get up there on my distance and once I get over 5, I get thirsty. This pack is nice because it carries ample water. I don't mind the tiny pocket as I didn't really intend to us it for much more than an iPod. Which so happens to fit in there perfectly and snugly without bouncing around. There is some bounce in the pack but that's to be expected in a wait pack this size. It's very comfortable. I'm considering using it for summer hikes on which I don't plan to eat a proper lunch. I've noticed my phone, car key, and a couple bars or a small bag of GORP can fit in the pouch. There is a small elastic pouch between the bottle holder and right hip pad. It is pretty useless for the most part, but a snickers fits in there perfectly!

4.0 out of 5 stars. Mountainsmith Dart Lumbar PackVerified Buyer Reviewed by Victor from Snowmass Village, Co. on Monday, March 23, 2015Pack is very comfortable. Water bottle is unusable. The plastic is very hard and one needs two hands to bend it enough to get water out. Fortunately I bought for the former not the later.
