Note: Using a flexible tape measure or Gregory Fit-O-Matic, measure the length of your torso from the C7 vertebra (at the base of your neck) to the spot on the spine level with the top of the boney hip structure called the iliac crest. Do it two or three times to get an accurate measurment. If you are between frame sizes, always go with the smaller size.

There is just one large on top, a smaller in front, a small zipper pocket in the flap, and 3 VERY small ones in the two flaps and to the side. This makes for trying to keep whatever your packing organized difficult. Overall still a good, durable pack but I was still slightly disappointed while digging blindly through it for clothes and supplies.
