Pleasantly surprised!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Jonas from PGH on Saturday, November 14, 2015I have down coats and vest from all the major brands, Mountain Hardwear, Canada Goose, Marmot and Feathered Friends. I even have three vintage Woolrich down vests with the western yoke! I was hesitant about this purchase, but it is a well constructed garment and defiantly keeps you warm! I think Woolrich is putting out some of the best outerwear to date and it is great looking! This one will be moving up in the winter line-up!

Not very warmReviewed by Anonymous from NYC on Wednesday, March 18, 2015We believe the description of this item is a bit misleading as although it says 550 fill power down, it's NOT GOOSE down as it's usually the case when one sees the word down in a description. It's duck down. The only reason why we ended up checking the labels anyway is because my dad made the comment that the jacket is not very warm, which we found odd because we had told him so many times how great our goose down jackets are. Sure enough, no goose down content, or if so, only 20%. Label says 80% duck down duvet de canard
