3.0 out of 5 stars. Lower end for CRKTVerified Buyer Reviewed by HM from Utah on Thursday, December 25, 2014The knife was a great price, but the quality seems low-end for this brand. It was virtually impossible to get the knife out of the case, but it seems awfully sharp.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Western Colorado on Monday, December 15, 2014Know that this is not really a "utilitarian" camp/backpacking knife (as in "do it all"/general purpose). However, if you're looking for a lightweight specialty purpose knife that's well-made at a great price, do yourself a favor and consider this one. It somewhat vaguely reminds me of a shorter, skeletonized version of the Fairbairn-Sykes dagger of WWII fame (with the notable exceptions of a one-sided blade and "flat" handle along with being slightly shorter). I really like the handle....it's one you can really get a grip on, if you'll please pardon the pun. The partial serration adds a little to it's general utility. I have several CRKT knives and, as usual, this one is up to their very high standards of design and construction at a terrific price.
