I am rather large busted, so these show a lot of my sports bra, but was still great for kayaking, fast dry, stays cool and doesn't impede my shoulders at all. I bought one in black ( large) and one in aqua ( extra large). I wear both, but the extra large fits better.

This one has cute colorblock styling and comfortable straps. Probably anyone with A-B cups could wear it for running or other high-impact activities. It is well ventilated and highly visible/reflective. My only complaint is it is sort of overly long and loose at the bottom.
