It's all good, but some variation between pairs probably due to hand sewn craftmenship. I ordered a second pair in these because the first pair was a little tight on one foot. The second pair were perfect. As these leather soles form to my foot, I expect them to be among the most comfortable shoes in my closet. The dark brown is rich and beautiful.
Sierra has great prices and return policy so have no fear. -
