Baking fish covered is a great way to keep it moist and this one does a great job. The see through top really helps keep the moisture in as it seals well and you do not have to open it to see how dinner is progressing. Plus it looks great.

I bought it to use on the double burner of my new induction cooktop and it is a perfect fit. It heats evenly and I love the non-stick coating. The handles are on the long sides of the pan and are offset which is a nice touch. Now I am eyeing that WMV wok that STP has, and if I don't get one for Christmas I will be purchasing that as well.
