5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect light jacket / heavy sweaterVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from DC on Sunday, April 29, 2018Warm enough to wear alone down to about 45-50*, but works great under a heavier jacket when it's really cold. I'm generally a size 4-6, ordered a medium and it's perfect. Nicely tailored lines, so it goes in at the waist and the directional stitching makes it more slimming.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great valueVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from PA on Sunday, February 18, 2018Very lightweight coat, with excellent insulation. Holding the coat, it feels like a fall jacket. But this keeps me just as warm as my heavy winter coats, but looks much more stylish.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice jacket!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Val from mi on Saturday, February 10, 2018I wore this jacket for the first time yesterday and what a pleasant experience! Warm and soft! Our winters are very cold and this jacket was nice and warm! It's definitely a keeper!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great buyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Car Girl from Colorado on Sunday, February 4, 2018Great quality and warm down jacket. I find that in all ski clothes (jackets/pants), order a slightly larger size. If normally a small, get a medium. It works out most of the time.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Mountain Hardware Down JacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Marilyn from Delaware on Thursday, January 18, 2018Very nice quality for the price. I needed a new down jacket, so naturally came to Sierra Trading Post to find one. Very pleased with the jacket. I wear sz 12 - the large fits well.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love it!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sarah from Wyo on Tuesday, January 9, 2018I'm 5'3" 130#, medium fits great with a room to spare for an extra layer. Very warm, very lightweight and I LOVE this color. The inside collar has a fleece lining which is quite nice. It packs up pretty small but it does not come with a stuff sack. Highly recommend!

4.0 out of 5 stars. Solid jacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Cozy suzie from MA on Friday, December 23, 2016This seems warm and cozy, and should get me through the Massachusetts winter. (Other colder souls might disagree -- it is not long or puffy.) It runs a bit on the small side, I think, but I don't have a need to layer thick sweaters underneath. Mountain hardwear products have performed well for me in the past. I have noticed feathers poking through each day so far, but hopefully that will end soon.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Not warmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Philadelphia on Sunday, December 11, 2016I returned this item as it was nothing like previous down jackets by Mountain Hardware. It ran small and seemed like a sweater not an over jacket. Not enough pockets and I would freeze to death in it.

4.0 out of 5 stars. WarmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Basiachuki from Georgia on Saturday, November 26, 2016I just got one for my wife and she's already love it so much. Size fits perfect!
I ordered white one and minor problem is if you look close black feathers you can see through the fabric. But that's not big problem. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Pretty goodVerified Buyer Reviewed by SV gal from Hailey, Idaho on Wednesday, November 23, 2016I have another Mtn HW down jacket that is a small and fits very well. Ordered this in small but it's too small. Re-ordered in med, fits great. I will say that it's not as puffy (not as much down) and doesn't have as durable a shell, as my other jacket. Will probably keep because of the great price. So, good price for the product, runs small, not as great as my other Mtn HW down jacket.
btw, 5'4", 128lbs :(, with broad shoulders and back
