He was swimming in it. Quality was good, but definitely a highly snaggable material. We sent it back.

I'm 6'1 and 185 with long, monkey-like arms so I'm happy to report that Mountain Hardware doesn't skimp on arm length. Ordered a L which fits well. I don't do any technical climbing so I can't speak to its range of motion, but for hiking, running, and gym it's been awesome. It's fitted enough that it looks good with a pair of jeans if I'm too lazy to dress up, which is most of the time.
