4.0 out of 5 stars. Quite long, but overall greatReviewed by Anonymous from Raleigh on Thursday, March 10, 2016Ordered these pants in a size 8 since hiking pants seem to fit a little smaller sometimes. I typically wear a size 6. I'm 5'6, 138 lbs., 28 years old, so I'm happy with this more youthful, stylish cut that doesn't feel baggy or frumpy. The fit is great, though the length is quite long. They will be easy to get hemmed so it's not a big deal. I do wish they didn't sit quite as low on my hips and were more of a mid-rise, as that seems more practical for movement with hiking, etc. However, overall I like these pants a lot and am happy with the purchase. They will be great for hiking in spring/autumn/winter. They would probably be a little too warm to wear in +80 degree heat.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Odd FitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Delachance from Atlanta on Wednesday, January 20, 2016Material seemed comfortable. Am a size 6 but these were slightly tight & fit oddly around my hips. And would have to be hemmed. No 8 available.

4.0 out of 5 stars. A great present!Reviewed by Anonymous from Zephyrhills, FL on Tuesday, December 8, 2015I got my girlfriend a pair because she was always stealing mine!!! These pants are like a second skin. They move every which way you do. The comfort is unbelievable, and I don't wear them just for hiking. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star review is that they are a bit big in the hips. Most of the woman reviewers felt this way, and I agree. However, if you can get past that, you will LOVE these. Mine have been to the Grand Canyon, Crater Lake, and soon will be off to Yosemite. Treat yourself.

4.0 out of 5 stars. So Comfy!Reviewed by Anonymous from Zephyrhills, FL on Tuesday, November 24, 2015I agree about the pants having a "baggier" look at the hips, but honestly, if you are looking for comfort when hiking or just working around the house, then these pants are for you. I purchased two pairs and took them to be altered (taken in at the waist), and now they look just fine. I wear them all the time. They totally move every direction I move. My Chockstones have been to the Grand Canyon, Crater Lake, and now are going to Yosemite this summer. If you are willing to put a bit more money into them, then they are well worth it. They will last for years to come. I am getting my girlfriend pair for Christmas since she is always trying to steal mine!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Detailed Mid-weight ActiveVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from North Dakota on Friday, September 18, 2015Well tailored pocket detailing that look like jeans and great fit for active, errands, evening football games, etc. Mid-weight for cooler temps. These are not for hot weather. Dart detailing at the knees eases the bend of material. Size 8 and 34" inseam is perfect for me at 5'9" and 140#...true to size. The white zipper is a curious color selection.

5.0 out of 5 stars. comfortable, good fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Alaska on Saturday, August 15, 2015I am 5'81/2", 130 lbs., skinny and straight, with long legs. ( Mens' classic 30/32 jeans would fit me fine in the legs but would too big in the waist.) I bought chockstone in size 6, with 32" inseam. They are close to a perfect fit with just a tiny bit extra room visible in the lower hips- most women are curvier than me. These are very stretchy, comfortable, midweight pants.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Classic Active WearVerified Buyer Reviewed by Adventuress from Seattle, WA on Friday, July 10, 2015Stretch nylon fits most body types and allows freedom to move. A more fashionable option to traditional hiking pants (zip off leg segments). Not offered in petite length, thus regular was longer than preferred but described as such in product description.
