I can fit my phone in the pocket on sleeve and don't need my strap to hold my phone. The thumbholes are great for keeping hands a little warmer on runs. I'm 5 foot 3 and other brands the sleeves were so long the thumbholes didn't work so well. Nice fabric and it washed well. I'm a size 8 and 32DD and medium fit great.
